710 Angels ("we", "us", "our") is an affiliate of Vine Ventures based at 907 – 1330 Hornby Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1W5, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian (PIPEDA), European (GDPR) and California (CCPA) privacy laws.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account and use the platform: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and the membership details you choose to add (phone number, date of birth, city, country, investment preferences). Founders additionally provide company information and pitch materials (documents and their extracted text). We also collect usage records needed to operate the platform, such as proprietary scoring results, notification history, and pitch file access logs (who opened which pitch file, and when).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate your account, review investor applications, sync your membership profile with our member management system, score pitch materials with our proprietary scoring framework on behalf of the uploader, show published pitches to logged-in members, and enforce the confidentiality of shared materials. Pitch files and scores are only visible to their uploader, our administrators, and — when the founder publishes them — logged-in members who have agreed to keep the material confidential. We do not sell personal information.

Pitch Confidentiality

Pitch decks and related materials shared on 710 Angels are confidential. Members must confirm a confidentiality agreement before opening any pitch file, and each access is recorded. Do not forward pitch material outside 710 Angels.

Your Rights (PIPEDA / GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also update most of your membership details directly in your profile. We retain information only as long as needed to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.
