Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 710 Angels website and platform. 710 Angels is an affiliate of Vine Ventures, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. Investor membership is granted only after review and may be declined, suspended or withdrawn at our discretion. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Use of the platform

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no attempt to access accounts or material you have not been granted access to, no scraping or automated extraction of content, no uploading of malicious code, and no use of the platform to solicit members outside its intended purpose.

Founder material and confidentiality

Founders retain ownership of the material they upload and grant us the limited right to store, convert and analyse it in order to produce a scoring report and, where the founder chooses to publish, to display it to logged-in members. Material shared on the platform is confidential. Members confirm a confidentiality agreement before opening any file, each access is recorded, and material must not be forwarded outside 710 Angels.

Scoring reports

Scoring reports are automated analyses of the material supplied by the uploader. They may contain errors or omissions, they depend entirely on the completeness of the material provided, and they are offered as one input to human judgement. We make no warranty as to their accuracy or fitness for any particular decision.

No investment advice or offer

Nothing on this platform is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Early-stage investing carries a substantial risk of total loss. Members are responsible for their own diligence and for complying with the securities laws that apply to them, including any accredited or eligible investor requirements.

Intellectual property

The platform, its scoring framework, rubrics, design and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold or used to build a competing service.

Availability and changes

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost investment opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where confidentiality obligations are not respected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
